Before work starts, we agree the assignment, deliverables, timing, fee and the information needed from your team. Additional services, specialist input and changes to the scope are agreed separately.

We identify who supplies information, who reviews the deliverables and who is authorised to make decisions. Specialist and statutory roles stay with the parties appointed to them.

We agree how project information will be shared and who needs access. Raise client confidentiality or system-access requirements before documents are exchanged.

Your QS, designers, accountant and other advisers remain involved in their areas of responsibility. We coordinate the agreed support around those roles.
