Programme and progress information
Organise programme updates, progress information and outstanding actions from what the contractor and consultants provide, so your team can see what is planned, what has changed and which decisions are waiting. Programme approval, progress certification and contract administration stay with the parties appointed to them.
Surveys, drawings and handover records
Measured and as-built surveys and 2D CAD drawings prepared from agreed information, and coordination of the as-builts, manuals, certificates and test records needed for an agreed handover package. If the scheme’s roads and services are to be taken in charge, the appointment can also cover coordinating the documents for that process.
