Tendering & Public Works Support

Bid preparation and public works advisory for building and civil engineering contractors.

A good opportunity deserves a properly prepared submission. Projineer helps you understand the requirements, assemble the evidence and prepare the agreed parts of your return.

Before you commit to the bid

Before substantial tender effort is committed, we go through the competition documents with you and pick out the mandatory requirements, the selection and award criteria, the submission format and the key dates for that particular competition. Anything your business cannot yet evidence is flagged at that point, so you can resolve it or make an informed call on whether to proceed.

A stronger narrative does not remove a mandatory eligibility shortfall, which is why this check comes first.

Prepare the submission

Support can include suitability assessment questionnaires (SAQs), prequalification questionnaires (PQQs), framework applications, company profiles, project references, team CVs, technical responses, construction methodologies and programmes.

We coordinate inputs, track outstanding information and prepare responses around the actual project and published criteria. Your team verifies the facts and approves the final return.

Public works and bid advisory

For contractors pursuing public works, we help organise tender information, identify documents requiring attention and coordinate questions with your QS and other advisers.

Support can cover the decision to bid, submission planning, clarification questions and preparation for mobilisation following an award.

Build the evidence for the next opportunity

Without a live tender on the desk, the time is better spent getting your company evidence in order. Preparing for Public Works sets out how we help you build a reusable portfolio before the next opportunity arrives.

What an agreed package can include

A requirements and evidence schedule, an action list for missing information, prepared responses, coordinated supporting documents and a final submission checklist. The deliverables depend on the competition and the tasks you appoint us to complete.

Tender pricing, bills of quantities and specialist design inputs are not automatically included. We agree these separately where required.

Have a closing date?

Tell us the project, the submission stage and the deadline. We will confirm whether we can support the tender and agree the scope before starting.
